Business Analyst Intern– Banking/Credit Card DomainWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Trainee with strong expertise in the Banking and Credit Card domain. The idóneo candidate should have hands-on BA experience, deep knowledge of payment processes, and expertise in ISO standards (ISO 8583/ISO 20022 preferred) .Responsibilities:- Deliver BA training focused on Banking, Credit Cards, and Payment Systems.- Train participants on requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and RTM.- Provide practical knowledge of credit card lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, and payment workflows.- Explain ISO standards and their application in banking/payment systems.- Conduct real-world case studies and mentor trainees.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Credit Card domain.- Strong understanding of payment processing and financial systems.- Experience with ISO standards (ISO 8583/ISO 20022).- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
