Financial Analyst Location: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México (Centrum)We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and supporting strategic business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, including P&L; and Balance Sheet planning.- Develop financial models and projections to support business planning and decision-making.- Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, investments, and product launches.- Partner with Sales, Operations,



and Procurement teams to understand financial implications and improve business performance.- Prepare cash flow projections and perform cash flow analysis.- Support internal and external audit activities.- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.- 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or Controlling.- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups; Macros are a plus).- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.- Intermediate to Advanced English.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.Preferred Experience:- Ownership of Budgeting and Forecasting cycles.- Variance Analysis.- Financial Reporting.- Cash Flow Analysis.- Profitability Analysis.- Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus.
