What we're looking for ~5+ years operating production distributed systems, with real on-call ownership. ~ Strong hands-on Azure across the services listed above — particularly Container Apps, PostgreSQL Adaptable Server, networking (VNet, private endpoints, DNS) and Front Door. ~ Infrastructure as Code — Bicep (preferred), Terraform or ARM — and pipeline-driven delivery via Azure DevOps. ~ Scripting in Python and/or Bash and the ability to read application code to debug across the stack. ~ Containers and queue-based, asynchronous workloads. ~ Observability practice — metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards. ~ Clear written communication — runbooks, postmortems, design docs.
