You are the first impression that our clients get, so it is imperative that you have/are:

· A positive attitude and willingness to see the intake process through from inception to completion

· Goal oriented, organized, and tech savvy

· Minimum of a full year of sales experience and personal injury required

· Must be fluent in English & Spanish

Your duties and responsibilities:

· Nurture leads by following up with potential clients

· Send retainer agreements

· Follow up with clients and answer questions

· Facilitate client-onboarding process

· Set up new client files

· Ensure client satisfaction and increase our Google reviews by encouraging 5-star reviews

· Communicate with clients and update client portals

Bonus if you have:

· Lead Docket and/or File Vine experience

· Previous intake experience

· A smile in your voice
