Typical compensation range

- $5.00–$12.00 USD/hour (based on insurance experience, English level, and role scope)
- Full-time schedule
- PST-aligned availability is a plus.

What you’ll do (bring what you’re best at)

Insurance agencies have different workflows and priorities—so your role will be matched to your strengths and the agency’s needs. You’ll step in, take ownership, and help the team run smoother while delivering a great client experience.

You may support areas like:

- Client experience: calls, email, chat, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, inbox management
- Policy servicing: changes/updates, document requests, renewals support, ID cards, certificates, basic client updates
- Quoting & admin support: gathering info, organizing submissions, preparing paperwork, data entry, checklist-driven processing
- Billing & payments: invoices, payment links, account questions, reminders, resolving simple billing issues
- Agency operations: CRM updates, tracking tasks, coordinating between producers/service teams, keeping everything accurate and organized

Requirements

- Insurance experience required (personal lines Home/Auto,



or Commercial lines experience.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — professional communication is required
- Reliable computer + high-speed internet
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and able to work independently in a remote role

- If your insurance experience is mainly as an interpreter, translator, or transcriptionist. - You have only handled calls where you interpreted or translated for insurance customers.
- You do not have hands-on experience with Home, Auto, Property & Casualty, or Commercial Insurance.
- You have never worked with or supported a U.S. insurance agency, brokerage, or insurance company.
- You do not understand basic insurance servicing tasks such as quotes, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, billing, or carrier follow-up.
