Job Overview:

A Senior Property Manager will oversee the Pods (Client Support Specialist) and make sure each part of the rental cycle is running on a timely manner. As well execute key points on the process and take escalated calls from clients.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee the rental cycle work of the CSS (Client Support Specialist).
- New Owner calls.
- Marketing Homes.
- Provide feedback and possible solutions to owners with the Monday Marketing Updates.
- Resolve move-in issues on a timely manner to ensure good customer service to tenants.
- Review NTV list for approval.
- Owner statements.
- Owner disputes.
- Review renewal leases.
- Update RentVine for tenants renewing lease (update recurring charges, move out date, notes and attach agreement).
- Place homes back on the market after a move out or early terminations.
- Complete termination paperwork.
- Monitor HubSpot ticket time.




- Ongoing Training to CSS.
- Be the first person to take escalated calls.
- Company-wise Zoom meeting

- Deep understanding of Property Management for long-term rentals is a must!

Technical Requirements for the position:

A computer with recent technology. Minimum requirements:

- Intel i5 Processor or similar
- 8 GB RAM
- Webcam and Microphone/Headset (All-day Zoom meeting required)

Good internet speed:

- Minimum 20 Mb download and upload
- Back up internet or plan if there’s an outage in your area.
