This Roll is responsible for:

Construct the overall planning and coordinating work within the class, and establish the development direction.

Decide and implement the company's relevant policies and decisions, and guide the follow-up and implementation of relevant work.

Conduct a simulated audit of the charter system and job responsibilities in the responsibility class, and preside over the review of the achievement and implementation of the KPI in the class.

We look for someone with experience at :

- SMT processes: Must thoroughly understand the production sequence, which includes screen printing, component placement (pick-and-place), reflow baking, and inspection.
- SMT equipment: Must master the operation, programming, configuration, and maintenance of each machine on the line, including:
- Solder paste printers (Screen Printers): Know the precise application of paste, parameters, and stencil cleaning.
- Placement machines (Pick-and-place): Program assembly sequences, manage feeders, and optimize speed and accuracy.
- Reflow ovens: Understand temperature profiles, how they affect soldering, and how to adjust them for different components and processes.
- Inspection systems (AOI/SPI): Interpret the results of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) to analyze failures.
- Mechanical, electrical, and software systems:



It is crucial to understand mechanical components (motors, belts, sensors), electrical systems (wiring, schematics), and equipment control software.
- Electronic components: Must be able to identify, handle, and understand the characteristics of surface mount devices (SMT) and handling requirements to prevent damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD)

Minimum requirements:

Communication and coordination management skills.

Organizational ability and project planning ability.

Be able to understand the equipment maintenance manual proficiently.

Skilled use of office software.

Cheerful personality, stable & strong pressure resistance.

Experience in SMT equipment maintenance, implementation and repair..

Basic course of GPX, NPM, AXXON, HELLER, Feeder & Nozzle maintenance process; Introduction to IATF16949, introduction to five major tools, quality concept, 5S education, 8D education and training, process exception handling and cause analysis, parts recognition, welding quality judgment.

Advanced course of IATF 16949 terms, VDA6.5, VDA 6.3, ISO26262 courses

English: 80% or higher
