Request:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience around 3-5 Year minimum related to L2 production support experience
- Experience of working in a general team.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to learn rapidly on-the-job.
- Self-motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight.
- Experience in financial services is a plus.
- Cloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus.

Technical Expertise: ->
- Programming and scripting of operational administration tasks in Unix & SQL
- Scripting: Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis.
- Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Pagerduty, WatchTower, Checknanny or AppDynamics.




- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy for incident and change management.
- Networking Basics: Understanding of DNS, IP, firewalls, load balancers, ports etc

Willing to work under pressure: ->
- Actively supported troubleshooting and outages in coordination with engineering, developer teams, and outage management
- Proactively identify problems, suggest fixes, and work towards ultimate resolution
- Previously worked in a large organization or with international teams across multiple time zones and possible rotation in weekends
