Employment Type: Freelance Contractor

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Work Pattern: 4 working days and 3 days off

Training: 2 weeks (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)

English Level: Advanced (C1 / 9.0 – 10.0)

Education: High School Diploma

Role Overview

Solvo Integral is seeking Schedulers who are highly adaptable, empathetic, and able to act with urgency in a fast-paced operational environment.

This role is critical in ensuring optimal caregiver coverage while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is analytical, people-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in real time.

Key Responsibilities

Review caregiver availability and preferred schedules using Point-of-Care scheduling software

Identify open client shifts and strategically match and fill them based on client needs and caregiver preferences

Analyze schedules to optimize caregiver utilization and ensure maximum coverage and continuity of care

Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience

Communicate schedule changes, incidents,



or client concerns promptly and in real time

Provide ongoing feedback on caregiver performance, attendance, and client satisfaction

Ensure all documentation and communication are accurate, detailed, and completed on time

Handle inbound calls as needed to support the customer service team

Requirements

Advanced English (C1 level / 9.0 – 10.0)

Experience in Customer Service or BPO environments

Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication skills

Empathy, resilience, and customer-oriented mindset
