We are seeking a full-time Acquisitions Manager to join our team here at 770 Acres. Our company specializes in selling vacant land throughout the United States.

Role Responsibilities

Currently, we are generating around 20–30 leads per day through our advanced AI texting platform.

For this role, you will be speaking to motivated, qualified seller leads, making outbound calls, following up with seller leads (both new and old), and getting our acquisitions under contract. We are looking for someone with strong sales ability who is driven to perform. Please do not apply if this does not describe you.

On average, you will be making 25–50 calls per day. Outside of calling, you'll also be expected to follow up consistently with seller leads through text and email using our company's systems.

Our business requires that you develop a thorough understanding of vacant land in the United States. Our team provides extensive training, but you must be motivated to learn.



Many sellers have detailed questions about real estate and the closing process when we purchase land from them.

Our expectation is that you will spend the first 7 days going through training and preparing before getting on the phones.

Soft Skills Needed

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Clear, professional communication
- Detail-oriented (all calls, texts, and emails must be logged in the CRM)
- Kind and empathetic
- Motivated for professional growth (salary + commission role). Our top closers earn $50,000–$120,000 USD a year!

- Previous sales experience
- Very patient (multiple follow-ups are often required)
- Works well with a team

Technical Skills Needed

- CRM experience
- Slack for communication
- DocuSign proficiency
- Experience comping properties (a plus)
- Additional real estate knowledge is a bonus
