Job Summary

General Purpose:

Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

Principle Accountabilities:

- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.

- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.

- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.

- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.

- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.

- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.

- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.

- Coach and mentor Operations team.

- Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.

- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Completed education.




- Experience as a Production Superintendent.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of 4Q (Excel).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Experience with SMT, Backend, and Box Build processes.
- Follow-up on Work Order closures.
- English: Basic.
- Experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams (CFTs).
- Availability to work versátil schedules
