We are looking for a Training & Operations Manager to lead training for a renowned dermatological skincare brand. This role will develop field teams’ knowledge and capabilities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience through scientific education and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver product, ingredient, and skincare training.
- Train beauty advisors, dermoconsultants, pharmacy staff, and sales teams.
- Develop training materials and e-learning content.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training nationwide.
- Identify training needs and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Provide field coaching to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Cosmetology, Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer, Educator, Field Coach, or Learning & Development Specialist within the dermocosmetics, skincare, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Travel nationally as needed.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle, with availability to travel to points of sale, corporate offices,



and nearby out-of-town locations.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of dermatologically active ingredients, skin physiology, and skincare routines.
- Experience developing training content and learning programs.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Classroom, or other e-learning platforms.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Availability to travel nationally.
- Exceptional communication, influential leadership, impactful coaching, and sharp analytical skills.

Compensation & Benefits Proposal

- Base Salary: Approximately MXN $24,000.00 gross per month, based on experience.
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to MXN $2,000.00 based on achievement of objectives.
- MXN $5,000 monthly grocery vouchers.
- MXN $3,200 monthly meal vouchers.
- MXN $3,500 monthly gasoline allowance (gas card).
- 13% Savings Fund.
- 30 days of Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo).
- Benefits in accordance with Mexican labor law.
