Residential Sales Manager

Be part of a Great Real Estate Agency located in Cancún, México.

OBJECTIVES

- Work closely with the firm’s partners in the definition of the commercial strategy.
- Lead the definition of the commercial strategy of the company from its initial phase.
- Lead the commercial efforts of several existing residential developments.
- Building relationships with new developments.
- Develop an internal sales team.
- The position provides a unique blend of exposure to both the entrepreneurial environment of a startup boutique firm and the rigor of financial advisory services and private equity culture and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish
- At least 5 years of Professional experience in sales of residential developments.
- Commercial strategy definition, and marketing/brand development
- Experience in managing residential sales teams, external brokers and social networks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills,



coupled with the ability to manage high profile clients and relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and in uncertain/entrepreneurial environments
- A strong enthusiasm for learning
