Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Apply methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements to support transformation initiatives.
- Advise stakeholders on process and technology changes, facilitating successful adoption and implementation.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to improved organizational performance.

Requirements

- Experience in Core Banking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Core Banking, Business Process Analysis, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.




- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Program & Project Management.
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and/or Product Testing.
- Knowledge of Industrial IoT Device Testing.
