To support our team building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager; The main function of the Senior Production Supervisor is to manage production arrangements and coordination to achieve production KPI indicators. Overall process review and define

Main daily activities:

· Personnel management

· Production scheduling control, responsible for coordinating manufacturing production

· Personnel efficiency monitoring

· Coordinate with various units to eliminate anomalies

· Truly implement production goals, achieve various production indicators communicate and coordinate across departments

· Presenting to staff production reports

The experience we’re looking:





- Bachelor's degree in engineering related fields
- 3 years or more of experience as supervisor
- Proficient in operating office software
- Clear and logical thinking
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish 80% English or more.
