Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Legal Receptionist to join our growing team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring all calls and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. The adecuado candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has prior reception or front desk experience, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming multi-line phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, potential clients, and other callers.
- Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate attorney or staff member.
- Monitor and respond to general emails and forward inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming first impression for the firm.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with general administrative and reception duties as assigned.




- Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information at all times.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers and office software.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
