Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage the master production schedule for a manufacturing operation in the Reynosa, Tamaulipas area. This role is responsible for balancing customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time delivery while driving planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Experience with IFS ERP is required.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using IFS ERP.
- Balance demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations to align schedules and priorities.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify constraints, and implement corrective actions.
- Support S&OP;, forecasting, inventory optimization,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain planning data and ensure the accuracy of scheduling information within IFS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of production planning or master scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with IFS ERP.
- Strong knowledge of MRP, MPS, capacity planning, and inventory management.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Bilingual English / Spanish required.
