Purpose of Position

The EA Ports Logistics coordinator (dispatcher) position is responsible to ensure timely, accurate and efficient service to EA Ports Group customers and drivers.
Requires strong,organized and problem-solving skills, leadership, mentoring abilities, multi-tasking.superior communications ability.

Job Description

- Manage multiple driver fleets to ensure high on-time delivery performance and fleet profitability
- Develop a relationship with drivers to improve performance and encourage retention
- Communicate customer needs to drivers through dispatch instruction
- Ensure driver and other transportation safety procedures are followed
- Maximize equipment utilization
- Work closely with other departments
- Ensure to work on timelly matter to meet cutoffs, appointments and requests by customer or dispatch coordinator.
- English 90% (written and spoken).
- Office 365 skills.
- 2+ year of previous experience in a related field required.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18,000.00 per month
