We're looking for professionals with:

- 1 year of experience providing IT support to end users.
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware issues.
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops and desktop computers.
- Experience managing hardware warranties with manufacturers such as Dell, HP, or Lenovo.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS.
- Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
- Conversational English (B2 level).

Nice to Have

- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Experience installing and configuring printers and peripherals.
- IT asset and inventory management.




- Computer equipment lifecycle and asset control.
- Experience documenting incidents, technical procedures, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site technical support to internal users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment.
- Manage hardware warranties and coordinate repairs with vendors and manufacturers.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using IT service management tools.
- Install and configure computers, software applications, printers, and peripherals.
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and service quality.
