Shelter Materials and Systems is a representative of several major manufacturers of building envelope products, specialty waterproofing and insulation systems. We work in projects starting from specification to installation support at the jobsite.

Role Description

We are looking for a technically skilled, client-focused Sales Architect / Sales Engineer to drive revenue by translating customer needs into engineered solutions.

Responsibilities

- Follow up on projects from initial sales prospecting to completion (closing the sale), ensuring client satisfaction.
- Qualify technical requirements and commercial opportunity with prospective clients (owners, GCs, architects, contractors).
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, CAD drawings, calculations, and ROI/cost models.
- Support RFQ responses and manage technical Q&A; during procurement.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support during installation.
- Track sales pipeline, forecast, and document client interactions in CRM.
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and lead technical workshops.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or commercial solutions for architecture—preferably in building envelope materials.
- Strong technical acumen: ability to read drawings, perform material calculations,



specify materials and assemblies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with stakeholders and field teams.
- Track record of closing technically complex sales and managing sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CAD, MS Office; experience with CRM systems
- Willingness and availability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Preferred:

- Experience with building envelope systems.
- Knowledge of roofing, facades insulation, waterproofing.
- Advanced English
- Visa
