- Base Salary: $17,000 MXN/month net (tax-free)
- Commission: $500 MXN per sale - no cap, no ceiling
- OTE at 30 sales: ~$32,000 MXN | At 40 sales: ~$37,000 MXN
- Location: On-site - Av. Americas 1250, Guadalajara | WFH eligible after 6 months
- Start Date: Ongoing hiring

THE TWO PROJECTS:

BBB Enrollment (B2B Outbound) - Call U.S. business owners and sell BBB membership. No script. Pure sales.

Debt Consolidation (Inbound) - Take warm calls from U.S. consumers actively seeking debt help. Consult, build trust, and close.

- Schedule: 5 days per week | Shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM | May include weekends

Project and schedule assigned during selection based on your profile and availability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:





- Native or advanced English - all calls are with U.S. clients
- 1 year of sales experience minimum (inbound, outbound, or B2B)
- Strong objection handling and a results-first mindset
- Professionalism and confidence on every call
- Available to work on-site
