We’re looking for bilingual Customer Service Agents to join our team!

You’ll assist patients with questions, and claims, and ensure accurate medical information in our system.

Main Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to billing inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and payments.
- Review and correct medical codes.

Requirements:

- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and empathy skills

Location: Blvd Gustavo Díaz Ordaz 3102, Santa María, 64650 Monterrey, N.L.
Full-time: 40 per week (between 7am–7pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
