Job Summary
We are seeking a technically capable and customer-focused System Support Representative to join our Internal Ops team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for post-PTO (Permission to Operate) system-related inquiries, handling initial troubleshooting, coordinating support activities, and ensuring customers are kept informed about their system performance. The adecuado candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), brings a solid foundation in technical troubleshooting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage service cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage post-PTO system-related inquiries and issues, serving as the primary point of contact for customers after system activation.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate support activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of system issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system performance, updates, and resolution progress.
- Document all cases accurately and maintain up-to-date service records for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Support the resolution of escalated technical concerns by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
- Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the support lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting capability with the ability to diagnose and address system-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple service cases simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM or case management platforms for case logging and tracking.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
- Prior experience in system support, technical service, or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, inverters, monitoring platforms, or energy technology.
- Experience working within a structured support or operations team environment.
- Knowledge of post-installation support workflows or PTO processes.
- Spanish Bilingual - ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15,166.67 per month
