Job description

- Support the planning and assignment of international shipments (FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL, and multimodal transportation) across the region based on negotiated Incoterms
- Prepare and validate transportation documentation, including Carta Porte layouts, review and verification of Carta Porte documents against approved layouts, and transportation instruction letters
- Assist in monitoring and verifying vehicle arrival and departure schedules according to the positioning plans established by the Logistics Coordinator
- Support shipment tracking during transit and after delivery, maintaining efficient and proactive communication with the Logistics Coordinator
- Provide updates to internal customers regarding delivery status and shipment progress
- Verify that all documentation corresponds accurately to each shipment




- Generate ground and air waybills for parcel and courier shipments
- Stay informed about changes in transportation regulations and compliance requirements

Profile

- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms and transportation modes
- Basic understanding of logistics processes and procedures
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate English
