GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

SMT Equipment Engineer

BASIC DUTIES:

· Equipment troubleshooting.

· Failure cause analysis level, countermeasure formulation and implementation.

· Establishment of maintenance report database.

· Contact with external equipment manufacturers and follow up on progress.

· Equipment improvement project leadership and related SOP formulation.

· Alternative search, development, testing and evaluation.

· Development and implementation of maintenance plans.

· Implementation of fixed asset inventory plan.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

· English 70% +

· College degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, electricity or any other specialty related to equipment maintenance.

· Experience in SMT equipment maintenance (NPM, Glue dispenser, reflux oven, AOI, SPI, conveyor, laser printing, solder paste printer).

· Ability to analyze and solve problems.

· Familiar with the use of quality control tools and methods.





· Proficient in using office software.

· Cheerful personality, strong stability & pressure resistance.

OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS:

· Communication skills, Organization and Problem solving.

· Basic course of ISO 9001, QC080000 system, CSR & special features; IATF 16949, ESD, capable of writing 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, FMEA.
