Key Requirements

- Full professional proficiency in English is required.
- Proven experience coordinating or leading recruitment teams.
- Strong background in recruiting operational, technical, and/or specialized talent.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.




- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and implementing talent attraction strategies across multiple recruitment channels.
- Availability to work on-site.
