We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Guadalajara. The idóneo candidate has strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, excellent analytical ability, and is confident working with English-speaking colleagues and clients.
This is a full-time in-person position at our Guadalajara office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Help prepare and review financial reports and reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry activities.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
- Learn and assist in using accounting software (including QuickBooks).
- Communicate with team members and clients in English when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field (required).
- No prior work experience required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be trainable, a fast learner, and willing to work hard.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Pay: $12,000.00 per month
