We are seeking a Financial Manager with extensive experience and a strategic vision to lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth in a dynamic international environment.

Requirements and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Finance, Strategic Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive experience leading corporate finance functions.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Extensive knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in treasury management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital optimization.
- Strong experience in financial audits, tax compliance, and internal control systems.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, CargoWise, Yonyou, or similar financial management systems.
- Experience working in multinational companies and international business environments. Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Advanced level of Spanish (required).
- Advanced level of Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Advanced level of English (required).
- Willingness to travel as needed.

What we offer
