Bachelor´s of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.
Objetivo General:
Lead and coordinate the Quality Technician team to ensure proper execution of failure analysis activities project follow-up, material readiness, workshop support, and effective communication between Quality Engineers and Technicians.
Conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades:
- Basic knowledge of Power Tool assembly and functionality.
- Microsoft Office, Power BI.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Test Lab or related field.
- Intermediate English level.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, measurement tools, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5 Whys.
- Leadership, accountability, analytical thinking, effective communication, decission-making, project follow up, and ability to work under pressure.
Actividades a realizar:
- Coordinate and execute daily activities related to the Quality Team.
- Lead ORT- related projects to ensure compliance with criteria and schedule.
- Serve as the main communication channel between Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.
- Manage tool workshop activities, including stored tools, scrap process, and material control.
