Retail Manager

As a Retail manager you are responsible of:

- Work with management and operations managers to develop a vision and strategic plan to guide and develop the business.
- Evaluates, and reports to the director of operations on internal and external issues that affect operations in all aspects of business activities.
- Ensures that business operations meet customer, operational, and supply chain expectations. They oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of business operations.
- You must be a strategic thinker, responsible, a natural leader, an excellent communicator, negotiator, and a team player.
- Leading, inspiring, training, and developing all internal manufacturing and operations teams.
- You will work closely and seamlessly with the production, design, and prototyping teams to support and develop our products for our customers.
- Comprehensive Customer Relationship Management.
- Be primarily responsible for communication with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Collect and validate all necessary project information (specifications, brief, cost and time expectations) for effective internal management.
- Manage the documentation and delivery of the formal quote and final prototype, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and monitor production at the plant, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, quality standards, and agreed-upon costs.
- Manage project closure documentation and coordinate final delivery logistics with transport companies.




- Manage and work with all the Retail Team

Profile Requirements:

- +4 years of experience in general project management with a focus on the manufacturing sector, specializing in P.O.P. and Retail Managerial experience (leading, developing and motivating team members) is a must.
- Degree in administration, business management, commercial relations or a related subject
- Leadership skills – ability to guide, direct, or influence people; active listening, providing feedback, be accountable and transparent and earning credibility by role modeling – leading by examples. Ability to quickly become a trusted and respected member of the team.
- Exhibiting strong strategic and operational decision making skills.
- Negotiation skills – ability to use a range of approaches and strategies to build a stronger negotiation base and form long-term relationships.
- Savvy in identifying potential challenges for the business and comfort taking the lead in solving them.
- Knowledge of the client’ s business (organization chart, local and international contacts, retail structure) and brands (history, target groups, positioning, identity, product ranges and categories)
- Studies such as Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced English Level because you need to lead projects for the US partners (C1)
