Customs Manager

What will put you ahead?

- 3 + year of experience as Customs Manager
- Conversational English

What you will do?

- Respond to customer requests & queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence in customs management
- Give visibility on his activity and performance through Key Operations & Performance Indicators.
- Supervision of the correct and legal clearance of export goods based on Annex 22, Annex 24 and the IMMEX Program.
- Conduct audits of import and/or export files or special operations to ensure complete legal documentation for each operation.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives,



identify opportunities to minimize customs costs and fees including negotiating tariff preferences and customs simplifications
- Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their customs-related needs and expectations
