Key Responsibilities

- Supervise assigned production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards, operational parameters, and performance indicators, driving process stability, efficiency, and product quality.
- Lead the identification, documentation, and follow-up of non-conformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies, including PDCA, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, and Ishikawa, to eliminate recurring issues and improve manufacturing performance.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, ensuring procedures, work instructions, and records remain updated, standardized, and aligned with internal and customer requirements.
- Monitor process compliance through audits, inspections, and daily quality activities, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Support cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives and participate in the implementation of actions to reduce defects and improve process capability.




- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable quality management system standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Quality Supervisor position within the manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Ishikawa).
- Experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in automotive safety systems or plant start-up projects.
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) principles is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
