Head of Product Development
Work Model: Full Remote with frequent travel to China & LatAm

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Leader to drive the development of innovative audio hardware products for Latin America. This role will lead a product team, manage supplier relationships in China, and turn market opportunities into successful launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a 5-person product team
- Define product roadmap and launch priorities
- Work closely with factories in China on sourcing, prototypes, and production
- Ensure product quality, performance, and continuous improvement
- Manage existing portfolio performance and lifecycle decisions
- Translate customer and market needs into winning products

Requirements:





- 3+ years in hardware product development (audio preferred)
- Experience with suppliers/factories in China
- Knowledge of speakers, amplifiers, batteries, or related components
- Strong leadership and execution mindset
- Fluent English and Spanish
