Job Description
Supervises an operations area and ensures the compliance with the objectives S –Q- C –D –P –I, as well as the administration of resources in the area. It is responsible for verifying, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the workload of the operational area complying with quality and aeronautical authority procedures.
Job Requirements
Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives in HSE, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery, integrating the principles of the Safety Management System (SMS).
Meet the KPIs applicable to the role, ensuring on-time results, resource optimization, and continuous improvement.
Act with ethics, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, strengthening organizational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Comply with the Quality Management System documentation, applicable regulatory requirements, and the Safety Management System (SMS).
Provide effective follow-up on 8D / Root cause analysis corrective actions and, when designated as 8D / Root cause analysis leader, ensure timely closure.
Availability to perform your duties in different shifts, according to the operational needs of your area.

Manages production plan in a timely manner in accordance with the MPS
Manages the technical human resources of the area (Shifts, overtime, vacations)
Productivity Tracking - Utilization; ensures correct records of horoquartz codes per shift
