Job Description
OBJECTIFS & MISSIONS :
- Ensure the employability and the match between the Group's needs and the skills resources available.
- Develop and implement HR development actions: training, career processes, talent management, skills management, mobility.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Career Development :
1. Define, animate and guarantee career management and evaluation processes (individual interviews, career committees, performance management, career paths, succession plans, etc.)
2. Manage or participate in recognition campaigns (increases, promotions, bonuses, special measures)
3. Animate the career management of senior and high potential employees
4. In collaboration with HRBP, determine and deploy collective mobility or other actions resulting from reorganization projects
Training/Development
5. Define the training policy in line with the Group's and company's strategy
6. Collect individual and collective training needs related to the company's strategy, objectives and skills needs
7. Quantify, negotiate, optimize the training budget
8. Establish and present the training status
Skills Management
10.
Ensure the HR qualitative component of strategic workforce planning and consolidate the associated MTP
11. Accompany the HR transformation projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
