Position: Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop the company’s financial plans and budgets. Conduct regular financial analysis and evaluations to identify issues and provide timely solutions.

- Financial Reporting & Monitoring

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements. Monitor cash flow, assets, and liabilities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

- Cash & Fund Management

Oversee the company’s fund management, including cash allocation, forecasting, and cash‑flow planning, to ensure the safety and effective utilization of company funds.

- Cost Management

Establish cost‑control strategies, monitor production costs and operational expenses, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and enhance company profitability.

- Tax Management

Manage tax planning and filing processes, ensure full legal compliance, and optimize the company’s tax structure.

- Internal Controls & Audit

Establish and maintain an effective internal control system. Oversee business compliance and support both internal and external audit activities.

- Risk Management

Identify and assess financial risks, develop corresponding mitigation strategies, and reduce the company’s exposure to financial risks.

- Team Leadership

Build, lead, and develop the finance team.



Provide guidance to team members and ensure smooth execution of daily work.

- Administrative & Office Maintenance Support

Provide support for general administrative tasks and office maintenance as needed.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; familiar with both domestic and international accounting standards.
- Over 10 years of financial management experience; experience in manufacturing finance is preferred. Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP.
- Proficient with financial and office software such as SAP, Oracle Financials, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, financial management processes, and relevant regulations; solid practical experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle complex financial matters.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- High level of professional ethics, responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Mandarin and Spanish required.
- Work location: San Luis Potosi, Mexico

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850,000.00 - $960,000.00 per year
