Job Description

Responsible for leading operational optimization initiatives and manufacturing technical support activities through the integration of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing/Process Engineering principles, ensuring process capability, operational efficiency, productivity, process stability, and manufacturing robustness within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
This position will have end-to-end ownership of Productivity and operational efficiency, Line balancing and capacity analysis, Manufacturing process robustness, Continuous improvement initiatives, Process validation and control, Waste and variability reduction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
+3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
Aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
Software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Power BI, ERP, SAP.
Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, Problem-solving skills, Sense of urgency, Effective communication, Strong accountability and operational ownership mentality.
Green Belt is a plus

Key responsibilities: Perform labor and equipment capacity analysis,



Analyze floor space utilization and material flow, Implement ergonomic and operational safety improvements, Lead WIP and lead-time reduction initiatives, Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects, Develop and maintain work instructions, Participate in PFMEA, Flow Charts, Control Plans development and Root Cause analysis and corrective action implementation , Support process validations, Lead engineering change implementations and Coordinate technical activities during New Product Introduction (NPI).
