- Import point cloud files into AutoCAD templates and use them as a basis to validate and draw building layouts.
- Develop and edit existing condition drawings based on point clouds, virtual walkthroughs, and photographs.
- Prepare complete sets of drawings, which may include:
- Cover sheet
- Floor plan
- Reflected ceiling plan
- Roof plan
- Exterior elevations
- Interior elevations
- Kitchen equipment plan
- Architectural site plan
- Ensure that drawings meet scope requirements and accurately represent current building conditions.
- Communicate any schedule deviations or issues to project management.
- Issue preliminary drawing sets for review and deliver final files with proper naming conventions in the cloud.
- Update project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to reflect progress and delivery status.
- Collaborate with the management team to clarify requirements and resolve project-related questions.

Pay: $14,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
