About the Role: The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that enhance employee performance and support organizational growth. This role partners with business leaders to identify development needs and deliver impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
- Design engaging learning materials and development resources.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Partner with managers to create employee development plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Experience designing and delivering corporate learning programs

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Technical Skills:

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience using virtual learning platforms
- Familiarity with learning analytics and performance measurement

MUST HAVE:

- Experience designing and facilitating employee development programs
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
