POSCO International E-Mobility México is looking for an Occupational Health Physician to lead the company's occupational health services and promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment within our automotive manufacturing operations.

Main Responsibilities

- Provide occupational and emergency medical care for employees.
- Ensure compliance with IMSS, STPS, and occupational health regulations.
- Manage medical examinations, work-related injury cases, and health surveillance programs.
- Support workplace risk assessments and collaborate with EHS initiatives.
- Participate in safety committees and promote employee health and wellness programs.

Requirements

Education

- Medical Degree with valid Professional License.
- Specialty/Subspecialty in Surgery preferred.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in occupational health within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Knowledge

- Mexican Labor Law,



Social Security regulations, and STPS NOMs.
- IMSS occupational risk processes (ST-7, ST-2, ST-9).
- Occupational health programs and emergency response.

Languages

- Intermediate to Advanced English.

Skills

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
