Let’s infuse fresh thinking in the systems and turn new ideas into reality. As a part of the team, you’ll help drive the following:

Key Responsibilities

- Be a part of the Intelligent Functions team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.

- System Configuration & Customization: Configure and maintain SAP modules PP, MM, QM, PM, SD, WM/EWM to meet evolving business requirements.

- Project Implementation: Lead or actively participate in full-lifecycle SAP implementations, from blueprinting and design to testing and go-live.

- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose complex system issues, provide root-cause analysis, and develop effective solutions to minimize system downtime.

- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with other SAP and non-SAP teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integration across the enterprise.

- User Training & Enablement: Create detailed documentation, user manuals, and deliver training sessions to key business users.

- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline business processes and leverage new SAP functionalities (e.g., Fiori apps, automation).





- Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.

- Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.

- Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.

Qualifications:

- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable.

- +4 years of experience in consulting/SAP implementation using
SAP S4 HANA / ECC: PP, MM, QM, PM, SD, WM/EWM.

- Desirable prior experience of working on large scale transformation and implementation of delivery programs for global clients.

- Advanced level of English.

- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
