Shift Details

Night Shift (within a 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM work window)
2 days off per week

Reforma Site, Mexico City

Prefer quieter work environments? Night shifts offer fewer distractions, smoother commutes, and the flexibility to enjoy your mornings your way.

Note: Paid training is conducted Monday through Friday during morning hours.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Desk Agent, you'll provide first-level IT support to employees of global organizations.

- Assist users through phone, chat, and messaging platforms
- Resolve technical and service-related inquiries
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Support users in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT industry

What We're Looking For:

- Advanced English communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology and IT support
- Previous IT experience is a plus, but not required





No technical experience? No problem. We provide paid training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
