We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Construction Operations Coordinator to
support project scheduling, field operations, data management, and administrative
workflows. This role combines project coordination, scheduling, high-volume data entry,
and AI-assisted administrative support to ensure projects move efficiently from
measurement through installation.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate measurement and installation schedules.
- Communicate with field staff and managers via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate project records and perform high-volume data entry.
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to summarize emails,

organize documentation, improve workflows, and increase productivity.

- Update spreadsheets, production trackers, and operational databases.
- Prioritize incoming requests while supporting day-to-day operations.




- Identify scheduling issues and proactively communicate solutions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in operations, scheduling, project coordination, or administrative

support.

- Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.

- Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools to improve efficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Experience maintaining CRMs, project trackers, or operational databases.
