We are looking for a Technical Consultant - SAM/ITAM with hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) tools to join our integral team. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and enjoys working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

You'll collaborate with our sales and technical teams to support the implementation, configuration, and demonstration of SAM solutions, especially ServiceNow SAM Pro, while helping customers understand the business value behind the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Must know how to implement and configure SAM/ITAM tools, specifically ServiceNow SAMPro.
- Provide technical presales support to the Sales team and partners.
- Translate business needs into tailored technical solutions.
- Design and develop workflows, integrations, and custom configurations.
- Deliver product demos, onboarding, and technical training to clients.
- Assist in RFI/RFP processes and customer documentation.
- Represent Open iT at industry events, webinars, and client presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and solution development.

Required Qualifications:





- Fluent in English, and Spanish. Portuguesse and/or German it's a strong plus – strong communication skills in all three languages, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience implementing SAM/ITAM platforms (ServiceNow SAMPro)
- Experience in tool configuration, scripting, or workflow development.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Open to candidates primarily located in Mexico and Latin America or with the ability to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in IT consulting or technical presales roles.
- Proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with integrations and scripting in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
