Hiraya Experience – Baja California (Rosarito, Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada)
Pay: $150 mxn per event hour (minimum 5 hours guaranteed per event)

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to execute and manage events on-site.
You will be responsible for bringing our planned designs to life and ensuring a seamless, luxury client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up romantic event designs (flowers, candles, decor, signage, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors (photographers, musicians, restaurants, etc.)
- Ensure timeline execution and smooth flow of the event
- Welcome and assist clients during the experience
- Handle basic problem-solving on-site
- Oversee breakdown and ensure all items are accounted for
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Rosarito / Ensenada / Valle de Guadalupe
- Reliable transportation (very important)
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Good communication skills (English + Spanish preferred)
- Available on weekends and versátil hours
- Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
