What You'll Do

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for telecommunications projects.
- Source, attract, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates.
- Recruit technical, operational, and engineering professionals across multiple telecom disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies.
- Conduct direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OCC, Boolean Search, and additional recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified telecom talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and deliver timely hiring results.

We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the Telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience recruiting technical and operational telecom professionals.




- Experience working with high-volume recruitment and project-based hiring.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH SPANISH
