STORE MANAGER – PROVEN FASHION RETAIL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS:

· Advanced English proficiency is required

- Education: High school diploma required / incomplete bachelor's degree preferred
- Retail experience (minimum 5 year in a similar position)
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week
- Leadership skills (experience managing work teams)
- KPI management
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills}
- Commission scheme starting at 85% attainment of the sales budget target.

· Approximately 90% of customers speak English.
