Job Description
A bout the P osition
The Digital Capabilities Analyst supports the Supply Planning team’s digital execution by tracking tool and process performance, maintaining strong master data quality, enabling KPI visibility (OMP , SAP & Aera), and delivering user support and training to drive consistent adoption and results.
In bri ef, you will be responsible for :
- OMP performance tracking is accurate , timely , and used in routines to drive actions
- Master data quality meets agreed standards, with clear ownership and issue resolution
- Aera KPI tracking is maintained , visible, and actionable for planners and leaders
- End users demonstrate improved tool adoption and standard work compliance through effective training and support
- Data issues and reporting gaps are identified early and resolved with the right partners
Core responsibilities
1) OMP Performance Tracking & Reporting Support
- Maintain and publish OMP performance tracking (daily/weekly cadence) for the in-scope planning population
- Monitor core OMP KPIs and operational signals; highlight exceptions and trends for action
- Ensure reporting logic is consistent and auditable (definitions, refresh cadence, and data sources)
- Support routine execution by preparing materials for reviews and documenting follow-ups
2) Master Data Support & Data Quality Routines
- Execute and/or coordinate master data checks and updates that impact planning performance (e.g., planning parameters, item/location data, calendars, constraints) within defined governance
- Run data quality audits, identify recurring defects, and drive closure with owners
- Maintain a structured backlog of master data issues, with severity, owner, due date, and resolution notes
- Support standardization by documenting master data processes and creating simple job aids
3) Aera KPI Tracking Support
- Track and report Aera KPIs (adoption, data quality, and performance measures) in the agreed cadence
- Maintain metric definitions and thresholds so KPI reporting is consistent across teams
- Coordinate with capability/process owners to validate metric changes and ensure continuity of tracking
- Surface opportunities to improve Aera KPI performance through insights and targeted follow-ups
4) User Support, Training, and Adoption Enablement
- Provide front-line support to planners for OMP/Aera questions, issues, and “how-to” guidance
- Develop and maintain training content (quick guides, SOPs, refreshers) for new and existing users
- Facilitate training sessions and office hours; track attendance and completion where applicable
- Partner with planners and team leads to identify skill gaps and prioritize training topics that improve outcomes
- Support onboarding for new planners on OMP/Aera routines and master data basics
5) Continuous Improvement & Governance Support
- Identify recurring pain points in digital routines and propose practical improvements
- Support CI activities by tracking defects, cycle times, and adherence to standard work
- Participate in governance meetings and ensure action tracking is maintained and closed
- Help maintain documentation: SOPs, “day in the life” routines, and change logs as required

- Master Data owners and process governance leads
- IT / digital product support (as applicable)
- Business Unit / S&OP; stakeholders (as applicable)
Qualifications
- E xperience in supply chain planning, supply planning analytics, or supply chain systems support
- Strong data skills (Excel required ; reporting/BI tools preferred)
- Comfort working with KPIs, data quality checks, and operational routines
- Strong communication skills for training, support, and follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize based on business impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting or using OMP and/or Aera
- Experience with master data governance and process documentation (SOPs)
- Experience delivering training or running office hours in a capability role
