We are currently seeking a Compliance & Administrative Auditor to join our Full Truckload (FTL) Safety Department in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.

About the Position

This role is responsible for ensuring that drivers, equipment, and operational processes comply with legal, safety, and company requirements. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, perform operational audits, monitor compliance systems, and collaborate closely with our Safety, Maintenance, and Accounting teams to support the success of our transportation operations across the United States.

Requirements

- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, International Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Availability to work the afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León (ZIP Code 66267)
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)

Key Responsibilities





- Monitor the Motive platform to identify Hours of Service (HOS) violations and driving incidents
- Assist drivers with technical issues related to ELD and GPS systems
- Coordinate with support teams and IT departments when technical assistance is required
- Audit in-cab camera systems to ensure compliance and proper functionality
- Review critical Motive events and report discrepancies or concerns to management
- Monitor Whip Around inspections, including pre-trip and post-trip compliance requirements
- Identify potential DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) violations through inspection photos and communicate findings to drivers and Driver Coaches
- Monitor shipment tracking and compliance through the MacroPoint platform
- Assist drivers with the Weight My Truck application
- Handle and support claim-related calls and inquiries
- Maintain accurate compliance records and operational documentation
