About our client:

Specializes in overseeing residential neighborhoods and shared living spaces, offering professional guidance and operational support for a wide range of community types. Their approach blends technology, resident service, and regulatory expertise to streamline property oversight for both homeowners and board members alike.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As an ACAM, you will be responsible for:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Community Association Manager across multiple communities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner and Board inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service and adherence to community standards.




- Assist with the enforcement of community rules and regulations.
- Maintain organized and accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with company and association requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the effective management of assigned communities.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Standard time: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Mexico City time

Daylight saving: 07:00 am to 04:00pm Mexico City time

Requirements:

- Property Management, HOA or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Customer Service experience
- College Degree preferred.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
